    • Users can purchase pooja-related items such as ghee, hawan samagri, agarbatti, idols, etc.

  3. Information & Guidance

    • General pooja information, descriptions, and recommendations.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service.


3. User Accounts

By creating an account, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate and complete information.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining account security.

  • You will not use another person’s account without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these terms.


4. Booking Terms (Pandit Services)

  • Users must provide accurate details such as pooja type, location, date, and time.

  • Booking confirmation is subject to pandit availability.

  • Prices may vary depending on pooja type, location, materials required, and duration.

  • The company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, emergencies, or natural events.


5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on our platform are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Payments for products and bookings may be processed via third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or other providers.

  • We are not responsible for any payment failure, delay, or technical issues from third-party gateways.


6. Delivery of Products

For e-commerce orders:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and order volume.

  • Pooja Samagri or products may arrive earlier or later due to logistics constraints.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.


7. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Product Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Pandit Booking

  • Cancellation before 24 hours of booking time → Full refund.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours → Partial or no refund may apply.

  • No refund if pandit has already traveled or service has started.

Platform Rights

We reserve the right to cancel any order or booking due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment failure

  • Technical issues

  • Incorrect booking details


8. Return & Replacement Policy (For Products)

Products can be returned or replaced only if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged item received

  • Quality issues (with valid proof)

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used pooja items

  • Opened consumables (ghee, oil, etc.)

  • Items without original packaging

Replacement will be processed after verification.
